Reframe Your Attitude to reflect Gratitude.

The most important thing in life is to be grateful for LIFE.

You are not in the world, the world is in you.

Your experiences shape how you perceive the world.

You experience the world as you interact with the world. Your experience of the world is very personal and subjective and it ever-evolving. Your reality gets clouded by your perception of the world because it is based on your subjective experiences. Your experiences shape your attitude.

HOW TO TWEAK YOUR GRATITUDE MUSCLE?

LIST TOP 3 THINGS YOU ARE THANKFUL FOR EVERYDAY

Life is lived in moments. When you recall your happy memories you realize that some cherished moments flash by in your mind. What happens in certain moments makes life-long memories. Cherish those moments and be grateful.

List the 3 best things that happened to you so far today. As you keep adding to the list as the day advances, you will start noticing more things you are grateful fo, and you will jot down more and more things.

For example;

1. Woke up very relaxed.

2. Did some stretches and 10 minutes of breathing exercises.

3. Watched the sun rise and heard the the birds chirping. What a blessing!

 Add to this list as many times as possible. Write down as soon as you get a chance.

There is no room for negative thoughts, do not be cynical or sarcastic.

INTENTION IS THE KEY.

Think about what you really want to do. Make a point to write it down. For example, if exercise has been your goal but have been slacking, then get up and do something, like a walk or jog in place for a few minutes . All it takes is a few minutes to break the status quo. Take the step so that you can add it to the list TODAY. It will help you overcome laziness or procrastination.

As you keep adding more items, review and delete the ones that are no longer the top 3.

All it takes is the first step and some support.

This tweaking of your determination muscle, reframing your attitude will have a tremendous effect on both your physical and mental wellbeing.
